The farm is the heart of the company, the place where the transformation of our products takes place: wine and extra virgin olive oil.

Our wines are aged in oak barrels in accordance with the regulations of our appellation.
The range of soil that we enjoy with our position on the border of Casternuovo, Berardenga and Siena offers us the opportunity to produce a diverse variety of wines : Chianti Classico, Chianti Colli Senesi, Colli Etruria Centrale, IGT Toscana Rosso, Vin Santo e Grappa.

Olive Oil Mills
Following traditional processes, unchanged in over a century, the mill uses stone wheels to create authentic extra virgin olive oil.
