Our Production
The Chianti hills are famous throughout the world for their unique terroir, which gives our wines distinctive characteristics and extraordinary flavour. The Castagno vineyards are cultivated with care and attention, following the centuries-old traditions of Tuscan viticulture. The grapes are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality, and winemaking takes place in our traditional cellar, where a passion for wine combines with modern technology to create exceptional wines. The predominant 90% grape variety is Sangiovese. There are also Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malvasia Nera for a surface area of approximately 6 hectares each.
